Fresh Chicken and Corn ‘Dillas
Bake a bone-in, skinless chicken breast in oven for 40 minutes at 375°, or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Meanwhile, sauté fresh corn off the cob, garlic, green onion, and minced chili pepper. Shred chicken of the bone, place on warm corn tortillas and top with corn mixture, fresh tomato and cilantro.
